# Vinhomes Global Sport City

Vin Olympic (Khu đô thị Thể thao Quốc tế Hà Nội) là siêu dự án chiến lược mới của Vingroup tại khu vực phía Nam Thủ đô với tổng quy mô hơn 9.171ha và vốn đầu tư dự kiến khoảng 925.000 tỷ đồng. Dự án được định hướng trở thành “Vinhomes Global Sport City” đầu tiên tại Việt Nam, tích hợp đầy đủ đô thị thể thao, trung tâm thương mại, du lịch, giải trí và hệ sinh thái vận hành quốc tế.\
Tâm điểm dự án là sân vận động Hùng Vương sức chứa 135.000 chỗ ngồi – được định hướng trở thành sân vận động lớn nhất thế giới khi hoàn thành. Vin Olympic đồng thời hưởng lợi trực tiếp từ hàng loạt công trình hạ tầng chiến lược như Quốc lộ 1A mở rộng 90m, TOD Ngọc Hồi, Vành đai 4, metro Hà Nội và đường sắt tốc độ cao Bắc – Nam.\
Dự án đang trở thành tâm điểm mới của thị trường bất động sản phía Nam Hà Nội nhờ tiềm năng tăng trưởng mạnh về hạ tầng, thương mại, đầu tư và phát triển đô thị trong nhiều thập kỷ tới.\
